We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 30 days or more before arrival: 100 percent refund. 7 to 30 days before arrival: 50 percent refund. Less than 7 days before arrival: unfortunately, no refund can be issued. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for added peace of mind.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely online through Stripe. A 50 percent deposit is required to secure your villa booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to check-in in accordance with the booking terms provided at the time of reservation. A refundable security deposit is also held at check-out and released within 5 business days, subject to a satisfactory property inspection and no reported damages.

What currency will I be charged in?

All Sunkiss Caribbean villa rates are quoted and processed in US Dollars (USD).
